Open for a limited time in the back of the bar space of "The Flats. Restaurant/Bar" on the 1st floor of the "Chatrium" hotel in Hirafu, Niseko, Hokkaido.

Enjoy sushi made with carefully selected seafood sourced from Hokkaido markets and Toyosu Market in Tokyo.

・We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seats.

* Please contact us if you will be late for your reservation.

* Due to seating arrangements, reservations will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Thank you for your understanding.

* The surrounding roads are very congested, so please allow ample time if you are coming by car or bus.

[Cancellation Policy]
Please pay for your food and drinks at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

A cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made during the period in which charges apply.

The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card information.

[Service Charge]
A separate 10% service charge will be added.

Due to limited seating, we regret that we cannot accommodate children.
