※Please arrive at the store at least 5 minutes before your reserved time.※
▶ Due to scheduling constraints related to other customers’ reservations, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
※During busy periods, it may be difficult to get through on the phone; please make sure to arrive on time.
▶ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
▶ Cancellations can only be requested via the reservation email. Please cancel through that email.

▶ Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5 PM the day prior.

Payment at the store must be made in cash only.
▶ A credit card registration is required when making a reservation.
※ This is not a prepayment; a $200 charge will be applied for credit verification purposes.
※ The deposit collected at the time of booking will be refunded after your visit (or if the reservation is canceled before the scheduled time).
▶ Payments cannot be made using the card registered during booking.
 Cash payment is required on the day of your visit.
▶ For groups of 5 or more people, please make separate reservations (e.g., 3 people and 2 people).
▶ Due to seating limitations, groups of 5 or more cannot be seated together at the same time.
▶ You may only choose between the 1st floor or 2nd floor for seating preferences; no other options are available.
▶ If children are ordering the same menu items as adults, please enter them as adult guests.
▶ Each group is allotted 50 minutes for their table.
▶ Currently, the store is closed due to renovations.
▶ Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding allergies submitted during booking. Those with concerns are encouraged to contact us via Instagram DM.
▶ We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests.
▶ Adults must order one set meal per person.

※ Reservations here are accepted only for the Fushimi Inari branch.
Those wishing to visit the Arashiyama Honten, Pontocho, or Kiyomizu branches should select the appropriate option from the tabs above.
