▶Due to scheduling constraints with other customers, your appointment will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late.

*During busy periods, it may be difficult to reach us by phone, so please arrive on time for your appointment.
*Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

▶Cancellations are only accepted via reservation email, so please cancel via email.

▶Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5 PM the day before your appointment.

Payment at the store is cash only.
▶Credit card registration is required when making a reservation.
*This is not a prepayment; a 200 yen deduction will be made for credit check purposes.
*The deposit collected at the time of reservation will be refunded after your visit (or after you cancel before your scheduled appointment time).

▶Payment cannot be made using the card registered at the time of reservation.
Please pay in cash on the day of your visit.
▶For reservations of 5 or more people, please make separate reservations for groups of 3 and 2, etc.
▶Due to seating limitations, reservations of 5 or more people cannot be accommodated at the same table or time.
▶Please note that seating preferences other than selecting the 1st or 2nd floor are not possible.
▶If children will be eating the same menu as adults, please enter them as part of the adult count.
▶Table usage time is 50 minutes per group.
▶We are currently accepting reservations until May 31st.
▶Reservations for the following month will start around 10:00 AM on the 1st of each month.
▶Regarding allergies entered at the time of reservation, we apologize, but we cannot reply to your inquiry. If you have any concerns, please contact us via Instagram DM.
▶We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests.
▶Adults are requested to order a set meal for each person.
