Thank you for visiting the reservation page for “Sushi Tou”.

【Reservations】
• A service charge of 10% of the food and beverage total will be applied.
• We may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments.
• For reservations of 8 or more guests or private bookings, please contact the restaurant directly.
• Please review the following information regarding meal requests.

【Meal Requests】
We strive to accommodate various dietary needs, including allergies, disliked ingredients, vegan, and halal options, within reasonable limits.
If you have any specific requests, please indicate them in the “Special Requests” field during booking.

【Reservation Changes & Cancellations】
As we prepare in advance for each reservation, payment—including the service charge—must be made at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation or change, the following cancellation fees will apply.
※For changes, please cancel the original reservation and make a new one.

▶ Reservations for 1–4 guests:
Cancellation on the day of visit (within 24 hours): 100% of the course fee
Cancellation the day before (within 48 hours): 50% of the course fee

▶ Reservations for 5 or more guests:
Cancellation 4 days prior: 100% of the course fee
Cancellation 7 days prior: 50% of the course fee
※All cancellation deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

【Arrival Instructions】
• If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat the reservation as canceled. Please be sure to contact the restaurant if you’re running late.
• Please refrain from using perfumes or other fragrances with strong odors.

【Outside Beverages】
• Only champagne or wine may be brought in, limited to one bottle per group.
• A corkage fee of 5,000 yen per bottle (excluding tax and service charge) applies.

This is a course featuring exquisite omakase prepared using only the finest ingredients carefully selected by our restaurant.
It includes an appetizer, a side dish, 14 pieces of sushi (including our signature “toro grilled over charcoal”), a small bowl of uni and salmon roe, maki rolls, tamago, and a soup – a total of 20 courses.

We use two types of vinegar for our rice: red vinegar and rice vinegar, as well as two kinds of seasoned soy sauce, which we select according to the type of fish or seafood used.

For the rice, we use our own original blend called “Nagai Sushi Jumai,” cultivated and milled in collaboration between our sushi chefs and rice producers from Kumamoto.
