【Reservations】

【Payment】

・Courses and steak sets require full prepayment by credit card at the time of booking (prices include tax and service charge).
・Additional dishes and drinks ordered on the day are payable at the restaurant.
・Table-only (à la carte) reservations require credit card details to secure the booking (payment is made at the restaurant on the day).
・A 10% service charge applies to à la carte food and drink orders.
・Cards issued outside Japan may show a small temporary charge for card verification.

【Cancellation Policy】　*Please read before booking

<Courses & Steak Sets (prepaid)>
・More than 72 hours before your reservation time: full refund
・Cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation time: 50% refund of the amount paid
・Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time, or no-shows: no refund

<Table Only (à la carte)>
・Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time, or no-shows: a cancellation fee of JPY 5,000 per person
*Reductions in party size and date changes are treated as cancellations.
*This policy applies regardless of illness or travel disruption.
*We regret having to set such a strict cancellation policy, and kindly ask for your understanding given the circumstances of Niseko and the peak season.

【Late Arrival】

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy above will apply. Late arrival does not extend your end time.

【Children】

・For course bookings, children aged 5–12 are asked to order the "Kids Course", and guests aged 13 and over the regular course.
・For steak set and table-only bookings, children may order from the same menu as adults.

【Allergies & Dietary Requirements】

Please let us know when booking, or at least 3 days before your visit. Due to our kitchen facilities, we cannot fully prevent cross-contamination. Guests with severe allergies are kindly asked to refrain from dining with us.

【Corkage】

The following corkage fees apply:
・Wine or sake (720ml): JPY 11,000 per bottle
・Wine magnum or sake (1.8L): JPY 22,000 per bottle

【Transport】

We do not offer a pick-up service. Taxis are very limited in winter, so please arrange your return early.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food preferences for all guests in your party.

When providing this information, please clearly distinguish between medical allergies and personal dietary preferences.

Examples:
• 1 guest has a shrimp allergy
• 1 guest does not eat shrimp
• Cooked onions are acceptable

Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can prepare your dining experience accordingly.

Please note that our kitchen is unable to completely separate cooking equipment, utensils, and preparation areas. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate severe allergies or Halal dietary requirements.

For vegetarian guests, please provide additional details regarding your dietary preferences, such as:

• Egg-free
• Other specific dietary requirements

Any allergies or dietary restrictions not communicated prior to your visit may be difficult to accommodate on the day. In some cases, menu modifications may result in fewer courses being served, or we may be unable to accommodate the request.
