【Important Information】

• While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
• If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
• Reservations may be released if guests arrive more than 20 minutes after the reserved time.
• Traffic congestion is common in the Hirafu area, particularly during peak periods. Please allow sufficient travel time if arriving by car or bus.

Please review the following information before making a reservation.

【Payment】

Payment for food and beverages is made directly at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

A temporary authorization charge of ¥200 may be processed during the reservation procedure for card verification purposes. This amount will be automatically refunded following your visit.

【Cancellation Policy】

For no-shows or cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period, charges may be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking, in accordance with the policy below, up to the total value of the selected menu and number of guests.

Course Reservations

• Cancellation 3 days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the course price
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time: 100% of the course price

Guests who fail to arrive or arrive more than 30 minutes after the reservation time will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the reserved course price.

【Service Charge】

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to the final bill.

【Dietary Restrictions & Allergies】

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food preferences for all guests in your party.

When providing this information, please clearly distinguish between medical allergies and personal dietary preferences.

Examples:
• 1 guest has a shrimp allergy
• 1 guest does not eat shrimp
• Cooked onions are acceptable

Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can prepare your dining experience accordingly.

Please note that our kitchen is unable to completely separate cooking equipment, utensils, and preparation areas. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate severe allergies or Halal dietary requirements.

For vegetarian guests, please provide additional details regarding your dietary preferences, such as:

• Dairy-free
• Egg-free
• Other specific dietary requirements

Any allergies or dietary restrictions not communicated prior to your visit may be difficult to accommodate on the day. In some cases, menu modifications may result in fewer courses being served, or we may be unable to accommodate the request.
