・Table Reservation (À la carte orders) (2 hours)

　*Additional times 18:30, 19:00, 19:30 will only be opened if seats are available 3 days prior.

【Notice from The Flats. Restaurant / Bar】
・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
・If you will be late for your reservation, please contact us.
・If more than 20 minutes have passed from your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
・As surrounding roads can be very congested, please allow extra travel time if coming by car or bus.

【Payment】
Payment should be made at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
A deposit of JPY 200 may be charged at the time of reservation, which will be refunded after your visit.

【Cancellations】
In case of a no-show or cancellation within the penalty period, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided, up to the total amount of the selected menu and number of guests, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

【Service Charge】
A 10% service charge will be added.

【Children】
Due to operational reasons, up to 3 children aged 12 and under per group are allowed.
