About the Cuisine
To ensure the best dining experience, all courses start simultaneously at the reserved time. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.
We do not offer vegetarian or children’s menus.
Due to the nature of our cooking process, dishes are served in a continuous flow. Depending on your pace, multiple dishes may be served at the same time. Thank you for your understanding.
As our menu is based on seasonal ingredients, we may not be able to accommodate certain allergies or dietary restrictions.
Please inform us of any dietary requests in advance. We may not be able to make changes on the day of your reservation. Additional charges may apply for last-minute requests.
Beverages
We offer beverage pairings, à la carte drinks, and bottle selections. At least one drink per guest is required.
Pairings are available for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options at ¥10,000.
Reservations
If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time, your booking may be treated as a cancellation.
Due to limited seating, reservations are generally accepted for up to 5 guests. For parties of 6 or more, please contact us directly by phone.
Please provide a valid contact method where you can be reached.
We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
Cancellation Policy
For parties of 1–2 guests:
Free cancellation up to 5 days prior to the reservation date
50% of the course price (plus tax) per person for cancellations 4–2 days prior
100% of the course price (plus tax) per person for cancellations on the day before or the day of the reservation
For parties of 3 or more guests:
Free cancellation up to 5 days prior
100% of the course price (plus tax) per person thereafter
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason, including illness, travel changes, or changes in the number of guests.
Payment
Payment is made at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
A temporary authorization hold equivalent to the course price will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. This is not a charge and will not be withdrawn by the restaurant.
The authorization is handled by your credit card company and will be released according to their policies.
Debit cards or cards without a credit authorization system (such as some JACCS cards) are not recommended.
The held amount is typically released within one month, depending on your card issuer. The exact timing may vary, and we are unable to confirm this on your behalf.

Permintaan

Please let us know as accurately as possible about any allergies or food dislikes. We cannot accept changes to ingredients due to allergies on the day, so please be sure to let us know in advance. If the list of ingredients you are unable to accommodate is extensive, we will not be able to accept your reservation. Please also check with the other guests who will be attending. For example: One person has a shrimp allergy and cannot tolerate extracts; one person does not like onions, but can eat them if cooked; please be sure to let us know how many people will be unable to eat certain foods. If not, please write "None".
