About the Cuisine
・In order to serve the course in its best condition, dinner begins simultaneously for all guests at the reservation time. If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
・Our menu is centered around seasonal ingredients, prepared according to their condition on the day. While we always do our best, depending on the dishes and course progression, service may take longer than expected. Thank you for your understanding.
・We do not offer vegetarian or children’s menus.
・Due to cooking timing and temperature considerations, dishes are served simultaneously throughout the course. Depending on your dining pace, multiple dishes may arrive close together to ensure they are enjoyed at their ideal temperature.
・As our courses are built around seasonal ingredients, we may not be able to accommodate certain allergy-related modifications.
・Ingredient substitutions cannot be accommodated on the day of your reservation. Please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply for same-day changes.

About Drinks
・Drinks are available as pairings, à la carte, or bottle selections. We kindly ask each guest to order at least one drink.

Reservations
・If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time has passed, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
・Due to seating limitations, reservations are generally limited to parties of up to 5 guests. For parties of 6 or more, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.
・Please provide contact information through which we can reliably reach you.
・We may not always be able to accommodate seating requests.

Cancellation Policy
【For reservations of 1–2 guests】
・Cancellations made up to 5 days before the reservation date are free of charge.
・Cancellations made 4–2 days before the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price + tax per guest.
・Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course price + tax per guest.

【For reservations of 3 guests or more】
・Cancellations made up to 5 days before the reservation date are free of charge.
・Any cancellations thereafter will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course price + tax per guest.

*Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason, including illness, travel changes, schedule changes, or changes in the number of guests.

Payment Information
Payment is accepted on-site only.
At the time of reservation, an authorization hold equivalent to the course price will be temporarily placed on your credit card. This authorization is handled by your card issuer and does not constitute a charge or withdrawal by our restaurant. We do not process any payment before your visit. Final payment must be made in person at the restaurant.

The authorized amount will later be released or refunded according to your card issuer’s policy. Refund timing varies depending on the card company, and unfortunately we are unable to confirm the status on our side. In many cases, refunds are completed within one month.

Please note that we do not recommend the use of certain cards without standard authorization systems, such as some debit cards or JACCS cards. In rare cases, certain card issuers have taken more than six months to reflect the refund. For further details, please contact your card issuer directly.
