This year's osechi (New Year's feast) is a special set in a traditional Japanese two-tiered osechi box, made with plenty of ingredients from our directly managed farm, Tohoku Farm.
Alongside gorgeous dishes such as luxurious golden-grilled spiny lobster and popular roast beef, you can enjoy flavors that bring out the natural bounty of Tohoku Farm, such as tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) made with Tohoku Farm brand eggs, red and white pickled daikon radish and carrots from Tohoku Farm, chestnut kinton (sweet potato paste) filled with Tohoku Farm sweet potato paste, as well as simmered dishes and pickles.

Known as the "king of wild vegetables," wild tarana is characterized by its strong flavor, slightly bitter taste, and unique texture. As only the buds at the tip of a single tarana tree are picked, it is a precious variety that can only be harvested in small numbers. We are offering a special course meal that makes use of the natural texture and flavor of tarana harvested at Tohoku Farm.
