- Reservations are limited to elementary school students and above. Children will receive the same course meal. Thank you for your understanding. Please be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached in Japan. If we are unable to contact you directly, your reservation may be canceled. We only accept course meal reservations. We do not accept reservations for seating only.
- About Visiting -
- If we are not notified within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are late.
- Payment can be made by credit card or cash. *Tap payment is not available.
- Smart casual attire is recommended. Please refrain from entering the store wearing casual clothing (T-shirts, shorts, sandals, etc.).
Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or other scents.

Tonight, our chefs will guide you on a small journey to experience Japan's four seasons and food culture.
Enjoy a leisurely time while savoring each dish of the bounty of the sea, the mountains, and traditional Japanese cooking techniques.
I. The First Piece – Red and White Sushi
A dish expressing the celebratory colors of red and white.
The journey begins with the profound flavors of Japanese sushi, featuring tuna brain and natural sea bream served with fragrant red vinegar rice.
II. The Sweetness of the Sea – Sweet Shrimp
Fresh sweet shrimp, served in its natural form. Enjoy its melting sweetness and the aroma of the sea.
III. The Taste of Japanese Home Cooking – Dashi Rolled Omelet
A fluffy, sweet omelet infused with the umami of dashi broth.
Served with seasonal broad beans, it offers a taste of gentle Japanese cuisine.
IV. Tuna Cheek Steak
Rare tuna cheek meat is grilled to perfection.
It has a texture like meat and the delicious flavor unique to fish.

We offer different crabs depending on the season, either steamed or boiled. We bring out the natural sweetness and aroma of the ingredients.
VII. Wagyu Sirloin Sukiyaki Style
A4-grade Wagyu sirloin and mushrooms are prepared sukiyaki style.
Fluffy whipped egg whites add a gentle and mellow flavor.

Live shrimp, live abalone, sweet potato, and seasonal vegetables are lightly battered and deep-fried. We are committed to using live ingredients.

Wagyu beef grilled slowly over charcoal. Pesticide-free rice from Akita Prefecture. We mill our rice in-store every day.

A gentle hot pot dish where the deliciousness of duck and the broth of clams blend together.
