Reservations
・Advance reservations are strictly required. Please book at least 2 days prior to your visit (*3 days prior for Thursday reservations).
Hours
・[Lunch] Starts promptly at 12:00 PM
・[Dinner] Starts promptly at 6:30 PM
*Limited to 4 seats per seating. Bookings of 3 or more guests will be accommodated as a fully private reservation.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
・Due to the days required for blending spices and preparing our broths, we cannot accommodate dietary requests made on the day of your visit. Please ensure you inform us of any allergies or restrictions at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes in party size are subject to the following fees:
・1 to 2 days prior: 50% of the course fee
・Day of the reservation: 100% of the course fee
*If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
