Chopsticks included: Chilled Tamajimushi (Abalone, flower head, flavored dashi jelly)

Appetizer: Deep-fried Nanbu shrimp / Small melon salmon with lantern, Ume lily root tea cloth roll
Grilled swordfish roll with asparagus, deep-fried chopped flounder with yuba
