A collaboration between “Hanbei fu,” a bran shop in Kyoto that has preserved the traditional taste of its bran by focusing on water, ingredients and techniques since its establishment in 1689, and the Hyatt Regency Kyoto.
Crushed grilled fu and Kyoto white miso paste are kneaded together and baked to moistness. The aroma of fine butter and Kyoto white miso spreads out, and the surface is crispy while the inside is soft and flavorful. It goes well with Japanese tea or coffee. Comes in a cute little box.
(Shelf life: 2 weeks at room temperature)
