▶ Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
▶ We regret that we are unable to offer different menus within the same group. Thank you for your understanding.
▶ If we are unable to contact you and you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as cancelled. Please be sure to inform us if you will be late.
▶ For reservations of 8 guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
▶ Children aged 6 years and older are welcome. (If a children’s menu is required, please indicate the number needed in the remarks section.) We kindly ask that children under 6 years old refrain from visiting the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.
【Cancellation Policy】
■ Reservations with Course Menus
For cancellations, changes in the number of guests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the reservation time, 100% of the course menu price (including tax) for the reserved number of guests will be charged as a cancellation fee.
■ Reservations for Seating Only
For reservations made without a course menu, cancellations, changes in the number of guests, or no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the minimum course menu price (including tax) applicable to the reserved time slot, multiplied by the number of reserved guests.
■ Group Reservations of 6 Guests or More
The following cancellation fees apply for reservations of 6 guests or more.
• Cancellations or reductions in the number of guests made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the reservation:
Depending on the reservation details:
• 50% of the course menu price (including tax)
• Seating-only reservations: 50% of the minimum course menu price (including tax) applicable to the reserved time slot
• Cancellations, reductions in the number of guests, or no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation:
Depending on the reservation details:
• 100% of the course menu price (including tax)
• Seating-only reservations: 100% of the minimum course menu price (including tax) applicable to the reserved time slot
■ Changes in the Number of Guests
A reduction in the number of guests will be treated in the same manner as a cancellation.
In addition, changes in the number of guests made after the reservation time will be subject to cancellation fees.
【Dress Code】
Dress Code: Smart Casual
At Moliere Montagne, we kindly ask guests to refrain from visiting in ski boots, bathrobes, hotel yukata and slippers, beach sandals, men’s sportswear, running shirts, tank tops, or other sleeveless clothing.
【Bringing Your Own Wine】
For wine brought into the restaurant: JPY 37,950 per bottle (tax and service charge included)
We sincerely apologize, however, we do not permit wines listed on our wine menu (including different vintages) to be brought into the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.
【Regular Closing Days】
Our restaurant is regularly closed every Wednesday.
