[Important Notes Regarding Reservations]
* Our restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis.
Online reservations are possible until 10 PM the day before your desired reservation date.
* Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests depending on reservation availability.
* Please indicate if you require a private room. A 20% service charge will apply for private rooms. (The standard floor service charge is 10%.)
* For reservations of 5 or more people, please indicate this. Please specify whether you prefer a floor seating or a private room. A 20% service charge will apply for private rooms.
* If you are accompanied by children under elementary school age, please indicate "XX adults, XX children (ages XX)" in the request section. Please also indicate if you will be bringing a stroller.
Reservations with children are only available in private rooms. A 20% service charge will also apply for private rooms.
* We begin preparing your meal several days in advance to match your reservation. Therefore, please make any changes to the number of people or cancellations at least four days prior to your reservation.
* Depending on the reservation situation on the day, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
* If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us if you will be late.
* Please note that we cannot accommodate changes on the day of your reservation if you do not inform us of any allergies or dislikes at the time of booking.
Please specify whether it is an allergy or a dislike/avoidance of certain ingredients.
[Cancellation Policy]
After your reservation is confirmed, cancellations due to customer circumstances will incur a cancellation fee starting four days prior to the reservation date, except in special circumstances. Please understand this in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 4 days prior: No cancellation fee
Cancellation 3 days prior: 100% of the course fee
Cancellation the day before or on the day of: 100% of the price
No-show without prior notice: 100% of the price
