[Notes when making a reservation]
- Our restaurant operates by reservation only. Reservations can be made up until 3:00 PM the day before.
- We may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
- Please specify if you would like a private room. A 20% private room service charge will be applied.
- Please specify this preference if you are booking for five or more people or bringing children under junior high school age.
- We prepare food several days in advance to accommodate your reservation, so please call us at least four days in advance if you wish to change the number of people or cancel.
*Depending on the reservation situation on the day, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
- If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
- Please note that if you have any allergies or food preferences, we will not be able to make changes on the day unless you notify us at the time of booking.
Please also specify whether you have any allergies, preferences, or would like to avoid certain ingredients.
[Cancellation Policy]
Once a reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 4 days or more prior to the reservation date, with the exception of special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy:
4 days prior: No cancellation fee
3 days prior: 100% of the course fee
Cancellations between the day before and the day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations without notice or notification will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
