At KŌSA, under the concept of a “Modern Kyoto Steakhouse,” we offer a selection of Wagyu beef—including Kobe and Kyoto beef—alongside seasonal Kyoto vegetables, creating a menu that blends the charm of a traditional steakhouse with a light, seasonal touch. Through our dishes, we aim to celebrate the bounty nurtured by Kyoto’s land and express our respect for the producers who dedicate themselves to their craft.

In addition to meat dishes featuring premium Kobe and Kyoto beef, we also offer vegetarian options that fully highlight the appeal of seasonal vegetables. Each dish is crafted with creativity, resulting in a cohesive and unforgettable dining experience.

The interior design was created by Commun Design, an LA-based interior design firm, while the rooftop Japanese garden, Garden, was designed by landscape architect Shunsaku Miyagi. Guests can enjoy ever-changing seasonal scenery—cherry blossoms in spring and vibrant autumn foliage.
